PhD candidate Anupama Kondayya from the OBHRM area receives Mitacs Globalink Research Award to Canada for research internship

03 April, 2023, Bengaluru: Anupama Kondayya, PhD candidate from the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area of Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, has received the Mitacs Globalink Research Award to Canada for a research internship, for which IIM Bangalore is eligible through the Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute's partnership.
The application was part of the Globalink Research Award Thematic Call under the theme of ‘Global Health’. The project title for the Globalink Research Award for Research in Canada is, ‘Survival of Indigenous Healing Systems in Colonial India’.
The host Academic Supervisor is Prof. Diego Coraiola, Peter B. Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria. The Home Supervisor is Prof. Abhoy K Ojha from the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area of IIM Bangalore.
The award consists of a monetary component to support research internship of 12 to 24 weeks at the host institution – University of Victoria – to be undertaken within the next 12 months.
The Mitacs Globalink Research Award (GRA) supports research collaborations between Canada and select partner organizations as well as eligible countries and regions.
