  • Community Sibling Program Promotion of Urban Youth entrepreneurs to bridge the gap between the buyer and the rural producer community in convergence with Line Departments. 

  • Daribokgre Model Village Program Sustainable Livelihood initiatives to augment supplementary income of the 35 households of the buffer village in Nokrek Biosphere reserve. 

  • Promotion of Ginger, Pineapple, Aromatic rice and Sticky rice trade in the District through PRIME hubs in convergence with BAKDIL, NGO.  

Policies & Proposals: 

  • Formulation of District Skill Development Plan. 

  • Formulation of Block Action Plans for Meghalaya State policy, FOCUS (Farmer’s Collectivization for Upscaling Production and Marketing Systems).  

  • Drafted Garo Hills Livelihood Promotion Proposal for Garo Hills Autonomous District Council (GHADC) as a 2-member team - Promotion of investments across 5 districts while targeting 2500 direct beneficiaries. 

  • Worked on multiple other policies as a team - Empanelling of Local Skill Providers & Standardization of Skilling across Meghalaya, Operationalization of Rural technological PRIME (Promotion and Incubation of Market-driven Enterprises) hubs and Meghalaya State Youth Policy
