Key Sessions:
Key sessions at the CDPG Policy Conclave 2025 will explore how urban India can harness digital ecosystems to foster transparency, participation, and accountability, while enabling public-private collaboration for long-term impact. The Conclave will open with an inaugural address by Prof. Rishikesha T Krishnan, Strategy Area, IIMB.
Subsequent fireside chats and panel discussions will delve into key themes such as platform-based service delivery models, open urban data, and digitally empowered local institutions. These sessions aim to bridge on-the-ground experiences with broader policy goals, laying the foundation for inclusive, adaptive, and future-ready urban transformation.
As cities navigate challenges around service delivery, infrastructure, and citizen engagement, digital tools present a timely opportunity to build more resilient, equitable, and responsive urban systems. Through a day of plenaries, panels, and breakout sessions, the conclave will surface cross-sectoral perspectives on advancing citizen-centric digital infrastructure, strengthening data governance, and fostering scalable local innovations.
Beyond being a space for dialogue, the conclave will act as a launchpad for collaboration, bringing together 60-70 senior government officials, municipal commissioners, policy researchers, urban practitioners, technology leaders, and civil society representatives.
