21 DECEMBER, 2022: Raja Rajamannar, a Distinguished Alumnus of IIMB and the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer as well as President, Healthcare, at Mastercard, was the first guest speaker for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) elective offered to PGP students, by Professor Shainesh G, from the Marketing area at IIMB. Mr Rajamannar, who was in the IIMB Class of 1985, addressed the students on 21st December 2022.

An accomplished, transformative global executive and Wall Street Journal’s best-selling author with more than 30 years of experience, Mr Rajamannar has been the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer of Mastercard and President of the company’s Healthcare Solutions for the last nine years.
