The theme for this year’s edition was, ‘Insights to Impact: Shaping Business Strategies for Tomorrow’.
Drishti 2024 was a fusion of business, technology, art, culture and academia, offering a glimpse into the future of an inclusive society. The event featured a diverse lineup of workshops, case competitions, speaker sessions, and panel discussions around Human capital management, Startup ecosystems, Financial Inclusion and Sustainability, Adaptive leadership and more.

IIMB Director Prof. Rishikesha T Krishnan delivered the welcome address at the annual leadership summit, inaugurating the event. He urged attendees to seek inspiration beyond the workplace: “Look for opportunities in the most unexpected places. Many ideas will come from outside, often where you’d least expect”. Also present on the dais were—Prof. Ashis Mishra, Marketing area, Chairperson, PGPEM; Col. (Retd.) S.D. He challenged conventional thinking on career paths, saying, “A career path isn’t about a single trajectory. Each journey should be unique, just as no two customers have the same product. The notion of a rigid career path is limiting and outdated. What the world needs is the courage to forge new paths”.
