17 February, 2022, Bengaluru: Muneer Kalliyil, doctoral student of IIM Bangalore, has been selected to be part of the DAAD PhD exchange at the Centre for Modern Indian Studies (CeMIS), Göttingen University.
The opportunity for the PhD exchange to Muneer has been extended through the New Passage to India DE/IN CeMIS program. He is expected to join CeMIS for the winter semester 2022-23, which starts in October 2022. The university aims to return to offline academic life by that time. Congratulating Muneer on acquiring the DAAD Fellowship, Prof. Haritha Saranga, Chairperson of IIMB’s Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme and faculty of the Production & Operations Management area, said: “I hope this visit to CeMIS at Göttingen University during the winter semester will not only help you in your current thesis work, but also provide opportunities for future research projects through valuable collaborations.
