10 May, 2019, Bengaluru: The Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM) at IIM Bangalore, celebrated its success in the QS Rankings 2019, with a get together on May 10 (Friday), 2019, at 07:30 pm, in Classroom N-204.
Along with students of the programme, Dean Programmes Prof. Abhoy K Ojha cut a cake to mark the occasion while the PGPEM Chair, Prof. Gopal Mahapatra, addressed the students. Prof. Chetan Subramanian, from the Economics & Social Sciences area and PGPEM committee member, was also present.
In recent years, PGPEM has maintained the top position in the EMBA category in the QS World survey (Indian context). In the QS Rankings 2019, the PGPEM has been ranked at Number 12 out of 16 schools in the Asia-Pacific region, and at Number 61 out of 134 schools in the Global Educational Ranking. This year more than 150 programmes from over 30 countries were evaluated for the survey.
The PGPEM at IIM Bangalore is a 22-month Executive MBA programme. Participants learn from world-class faculty while strengthening their network through collaboration with peers. Designed for working mid-career and senior executives, the PGPEM is tailored to integrate real-world experience with classroom learning.
