CCGC to host panel on Succession Planning in Boards on Nov 24

2 NOVEMBER, 2021: The Centre for Corporate Governance and Citizenship (CCGC) is hosting a virtual panel discussion on ‘Succession Planning in Boards’, between 6 pm and 7 pm, on November 24th.

The event is being hosted along with the All India Management Association (AIMA). Rekha Sethi, General, AIMA, will deliver the introduction. Professor Padmini Srinivasan, Chairperson,  CCGC and faculty in the Finance & Accounting area at IIMB, will set the context for the discussion and Mr Sunil Kant Munjal, President, AIMA and  The Hero Enterprise, will moderate. The panellists include CK Ranganathan, President, AIMA and Chairman &  Managing Director, CavinKare Pvt. Ltd., Mr D Shivakumar, Group Executive President, Corporate Strategy & Business Development, Aditya Birla Management Corporation, Mr C P Gurnani , Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director, Tech Mahindra, and Dr. S Raghunath, Professor of Strategy, IIM Bangalore and Chairman, South Asia Board of the Academy of International Business.
