Schneider Electric on Supplier Sustainability Program
Schneider Electric stands out as one of the most sustainable organizations globally, having made significant strides in establishing a robust Sustainability Program in collaboration with their suppliers. The initiatives undertaken by Schneider Electric, along with the processes implemented, are currently being documented in the form of a case study. This case study is mentored by Prof Haritha Saranga.
Kalyani Steel for launch of first Green Steel in India
Kalyani Steel has pioneered the introduction of the first green steel in India. The narrative of their transformative journey, spanning from ideation to implementation and production, is currently undergoing documentation in the form of a case study. This study covers various facets of the journey, addressing challenges, innovative solutions, internal support, pricing and costing considerations, as well as aspects related to naming, branding, certification, and sales strategies This case study is mentored by Prof Haritha Saranga.
Capacity planning and management of EV battery swapping station – Sun Mobility
Sun Mobility has been a pioneer in the space of electric mobility adoption. The company’s EV battery swapping stations offer quick battery swapping solutions to B2B and B2C consumers. This case study investigates the dilemma faced by the company in expanding its swapping network across the country considering various trade-offs in terms of long-term profitability, business model, customer segments and strategy. This case study is mentored by Prof Jishnu Hazra and Prof. Tarun Jain.
