Corporate Board Leadership: Two-day refresher-cum-professional capacity building programme from 20th to 21st August

7 July, 2026, Bengaluru: The Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability (CCGS) and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) will jointly host a two-day refresher-cum-professional capacity building programme on, ‘Corporate Board Leadership’ from 20th to 21st August 2026, at the IIMB campus. The high-impact leadership development programme has been curated for Board members, senior leadership, Independent Directors and C-suite executives/key managerial personnel, enabling them to recalibrate their governance approach in alignment with evolving regulatory expectations and dynamic boardroom realities.

The key objectives of the programme are to re-examine governance models, strengthen Board effectiveness, adopt enhanced crisis management readiness, build technological capability and align governance with value creation.
The programme uniquely blends industry perspective with academic rigor, research excellence and practitioner-led pedagogy, offering a powerful platform to enhance board effectiveness, organizational resilience as well as stakeholder trust. The Certificate programme, to be delivered by IIM Bangalore faculty as well as industry and regulatory experts, will provide strategic insights and contemporary governance perspectives; actionable frameworks for boardroom excellence, and immersive discussions and peer learning.
