22 January 2020, Bengaluru: Professor Gopal Mahapatra, from the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area and Chair of the Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management at IIMB, will host a corporate panel discussion on ‘Career Derailment and Managing Career’, for his students, on January 23, 2020.

The speakers, Ayaskant Sarangi, Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Wipro Limited, and Shekar Ganapathy, Senior Director – Global Support Services at VMware, will address the students of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management, the Post Graduate Programme in Public Policy and Management (PGPPM), and the Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP) in Management.

Mr. Sarangi currently heads Leadership Hiring and Redeployment, L&D and Talent Analytics & Systems for Wipro Limited, globally. He has spent more than 20 years in the area of Human Resources and brings with him significant experience in areas like workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, C&B, M&A, Learning and Development and Analytics over the years globally.

Mr. Ganapathy has nearly 30 years of experience in Enterprise Customer Support and Services. Before working for VMware, he has held significant positions at Dell EMC, Oracle Corporation, SAP, and Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ).
