8 August, 2023, Bengaluru: The Centre for Corporate Governance and Sustainability (CCGS) at IIM Bangalore will host the international conference on: ‘Changing Landscape of Corporate Governance & Sustainability: Walking the Talk’ on 12th and 13th January 2024, at the IIMB campus. This edition of the conference assumes greater significance as the centre celebrates its 20th year, coinciding with the Golden Jubilee year of IIM Bangalore.

Overview

This conference aims to provide a venue for stimulating discussions and dialogues on trends and challenges, and to foster research, in the field of corporate governance and sustainability.

The first day of the conference will focus on its 20th year celebrations with an inaugural address, panel discussion, academic keynotes and a CEO Fireside Chat. The second day will feature paper development workshops and paper presentations.

The conference will have a workshop format to allow discussion and feedback. In addition to accepted papers, the conference will feature invited keynote addresses, talks and panel discussions by top academicians as well as leaders from industry and government.

Submissions should be original and complete manuscripts in English and in PDF format. They should begin with a title page that includes the names, e-mail addresses and affiliations of all authors as well as a 200-word abstract and keywords. A blind PDF copy of the paper should also accompany the submission. All the submitted papers will be reviewed by a panel of Conference Committee Members.
