EPGP at IIM Bangalore to host annual business conclave ‘Samvay’ on 15 February
The 2026 edition is themed ‘Breaking the Mold: Entrepreneurship in the Age of Disruption’
12 February, 2026, Bengaluru: IIM Bangalore’s one-year full-time MBA for experienced professionals – the Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP) – will host its flagship business conclave Samvay 2026, which brings together business, leadership, innovation, and community for thought-provoking discussions on pertinent and transformative new-age ideas. The year’s edition, themed ‘Breaking the Mold: Entrepreneurship in the Age of Disruption’, will be held on 15 February 2026 at the IIMB campus.
The 2026 edition assumes particular significance as Samvay is being hosted in collaboration with Sparsh, the annual meet for EPGP alumni to interact with IIMB faculty, peers, seniors, juniors and the current batch, on a day filled with a plethora of activities.
The event will convene CXOs, strategists, technology evangelists, founders, and professionals who are pioneering change and redefining industries to deliberate on India’s startup ecosystem as it enters an exciting new phase of evolution.
Keynote address
Drawing from his leadership experience in one of India’s leading energy enterprises, Mr. Raj Kumar Dubey, Director – HR, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, will reflect on how large organizations can cultivate entrepreneurial thinking, institutional agility, and future-ready talent architectures. The session on the theme ‘Breaking the Mold: Building Businesses in an Age of Continuous Disruption’ will be held from 3:45 PM to 4:15 PM.
Panel discussion
The Business Conclave will also host a panel discussion titled ‘Disruptive Mindsets: How Entrepreneurs Are Redefining Business in the 21st Century’ from 2:15 PM to 3:25 PM. Aswini Bajaj, CEO, Leveraged Growth; Puru Modani, Co-Founder, BM Capital Family Office; and Dharshan Shanthamurthy, Founder & CEO, SISA, will examine challenges that beset entrepreneurial leaders as they navigate established industry structures, harness emerging technologies, and embed purpose within high-growth business models.

SAMVAY 2026 will also feature dynamic, hands-on engagements designed to harness ideas into action. These sessions will be held from 10:30 AM to 12:45 PM.
