Bhavya Misra is a passionate, energetic and inspiring HR leader with more than 13 years of experience, most of it in PepsiCo. She is currently the HR Business Partner for Commercial, Finance and IT for Africa, Middle East and South Asia. She started as a management trainee in PepsiCo India in 2007. She has deep HR experience across a variety of areas like Business Partnering, Organization Restructuring, Change Management, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Plant Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Compensation and Benefits. She has been awarded multiple times for innovative and impactful initiatives. She is an MBA from Management Development Institute, Gurugram and a Physics graduate from St Stephens, Delhi University. She is married and lives in Gurgaon with her husband and two-year-old daughter.
Gaurav Pandit is a Human Resources expert with extensive experience across a plethora of roles which include, Consulting, CoE and Business Partnership in diverse sectors such as Media, BFSI, Pharma, Manufacturing, Retail, and Technology Services. He is adept at working in a multicultural, matrix organizational environment. His areas of expertise include Strategic HRM, Change Management, OD and OE. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Management Development Institute, Gurugram.
