The event was held in collaboration with Ather Energy.

The contest consisted of an online Eliminator Quiz held in October 2022. Selected participants went through the Case Study Submission process in the same month. The award for the EPGP team includes a Certificate of Participation and a cash component.

Companies across the globe are finding it more and more challenging to retain talent. The introduction of a new generation of professionals into the workforce and the transition to a hybrid work mode are factors which have made the job of an HR manager even more challenging. AdHRIT is aimed to offer participants the opportunity to brainstorm like an HR Manager and address real-world HR issues.
