“In the pandemic situation, as businesses reboot to try and enter a world with a new normal, we need to know that uncertainty and unpredictability would be part of that normal. This webinar would showcase a great tool to use under uncertainty and unpredictability. It is the OODA Loop, first articulated by US Colonel John Boyd, in the context of air combats. In its simplest form it consists of the four stages of OBSERVE, ORIENT, DECIDE and ACT, looped into each other. In the webinar, OODA would be applied to an industry to demonstrate the power of the tool,” explains Ghosal.
Those interested can join the WebEx session 10 minutes before the start of session. All the webinars are archived and can be viewed on Youtube - IIMB Alumni Webinars Channel.
