IIMB conducts Masterclass on Demystifying Artificial Intelligence

The two-hour virtual event, hosted by the Data Centre & Analytics Lab (DCAL) at IIMB on March 26, drew 100+ students and working professionals.

Prof. U Dinesh Kumar, Chairperson, DCAL at IIMB, spoke about Analytics and its subsets such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence. He explained how analytics techniques like Market Basket Analysis, Travelling Salesman Problem and so on are being used by firms to handle business challenges.

He also briefly spoke about various analytics case studies published in Harvard Business Publishing and how these techniques have been applied.
