M V Rajamannar, Distinguished Alumnus of IIMB (PGP 1983-85) and Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and President, Healthcare Business, Mastercard, is among the first to be inducted in the #ForbesCMO Hall of Fame. 

Rajamannar has been globally recognized for his innovative thinking and leadership in business transformation. He has been a featured speaker several times at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. He also holds a patent in the consumer packaged goods space.

Rajamannar’s advice for young managers: “In my experience when you find something you love to do, it won’t feel like work. Be curious and stay agile. Network with purpose. DQ over IQ. When you surround yourself with smart, dependable and driven people, you can do well. But the real differentiation comes when you place value on decency above all else. Build a talented, diverse team with a high decency quotient and positive energy, and you have a winning formula.”
