Women in Management Club at IIMB hosts the sixth Women Leadership Summit on March 14 and 15

The event, based on the current year's International Women's Day theme – ‘The Balancing Act’, features a keynote speaker session, a panel discussion and a personal branding workshop

15 March, 2021, Bengaluru: The Women in Management Club, of the students of the two-year MBA programme at IIM Bangalore, organized the sixth Women Leadership Summit on March 14 and 15. The event was based on the current year’s International Women's Day theme – ‘The Balancing Act’.

The 2021 edition of the summit is being held in the women's history month and aims to address critical issues for women who battled the global pandemic at a time in history when they were also making rapid strides. The summit comprised a keynote speaker session, a panel discussion and a personal branding workshop.

Dr Sudha Murthy, author and philanthropist, was the keynote speaker. The panel discussion had experts from various domains along with Dr. Deepti Ganapathy, faculty from the Management Communication area at IIMB. An interactive workshop on Personal Branding was conducted by Saloni Mehta. This year’s Women Leadership Summit was completely online.
