IIMB’s R&P office to host seminar on ‘Retail Digitalization: Past, Present and Future’ on January 22

20 January, 2020: The Office of Research and Publications (R&P) at IIM Bangalore will host a research seminar titled, ‘Retail Digitalization: Past, Present and Future’, on January 22, 2020. Professor Johan Hagberg, from Gothenburg University, will deliver the talk to IIMB’s doctoral students at the seminar.

A professor of Business Administration specialising in Marketing at the School of Business, Economics and Law in the University of Gothenburg, Johan Hagberg’s research revolves around the digitalization of retailing, consumption and markets. His publications include articles in Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Marketing Management, Urban Studies, Marketing Theory, Journal of Historical Research in Marketing, Consumption Markets & Culture, International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management, and Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services.
