Abstract

The session will examine how organisations shape experiences of identity, inclusion, and inequality, drawing on research across disability, neurodivergence, and broader processes of social change. Through her work, Prof. Kulkarni will explore how individuals navigate organisational norms, construct identities, and respond to exclusion in contemporary workplaces.

The discussion will also highlight the role of organisational narratives, practices, and institutions in either sustaining or challenging inequalities, while reflecting on the possibilities for fostering inclusion, solidarity, and meaningful transformation within organisations.
