20 September, 2022, Bengaluru: The Mizuho India Japan Study Centre (MIJSC) at IIM Bangalore will host Jayaram Balasubrahmanyan, VP Engineering and Head of India Operations at Atonarp, at the centre’s flagship lecture series ‘Tatsujin-Speak’, that is, ‘Expert-Speak’, on 29th September 2022 (Thursday), from 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm. The webinar is titled, ‘Developing Products the Lean Way: Counterintuitive Learnings for Industry’.

Jayaram Balasubrahmanyan has held senior leadership positions in the Engineering field for over 35 years. His experience includes techno-commercial leadership in developing, designing and implementing products and engineering solutions, and functional leadership in driving Lean Business as well as Talent Transformation.

He is a pioneer in conceptualizing and deploying Lean Transformation in Product Development, with the objective of sustained business excellence. He is an alumnus of IIT Madras and IIM Kozhikode.
