Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) will be holding its annual international business summit 'Vista', on its Bannerghatta Road campus, from September 27-29, 2013.
The three-day business fest will have 40 events in areas such as finance, marketing, consulting, operations and human resources, with prizes to the tune of Rs. 15 lakh to be won. Numero Uno, Excelsior, Brigade Trojan Horse, Markguru, Bizzare will be some of the flagship events.
This year, VISTA will also host a media conclave with Mr D R Mehta, former chairman of Securities and Exchange Board of India and founder of Jaipur Foot, best-selling author Preeti Shenoy, and former Miss India Vanya Mishra among others.
The festival, which is the biggest business fest in the country, attracts participation from over 200 institutions across the globe, and provides management students a platform to test their skills against the best. Vista also takes pride in the social causes it is devoted to and contributes to, year after year. This year, Vista is working with 'Make a Wish'.
Vista is a synergy that aims to enhance cognition through meaningful interaction with industry veterans along with the opportunity to come up with unique solutions to the challenges being faced by society today.
Vista serves as a forum for learning from the best people in the industry and accomplishes this by bringing together leaders from various domains in its famed conclaves. Here, visions are shared, concepts are explained and the inception and actualization of ideas is encouraged.
