30 April, 2024, Bengaluru: The Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area at IIM Bangalore will host the launch of a book titled, ‘HR Seen & Unseen – Untold Stories’, authored by Dr. Pon Mohaideen Pitchai, at 5 pm on 6th May 2024, at Classroom K-11 of the institute.
The book will be launched in the presence of its author Dr. Pon Mohaideen Pitchai; Prof. Rishikesha T Krishnan, Director, IIM Bangalore; Prof. Gopal Mahapatra, Chairperson and faculty, Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area of IIMB, as well as other faculty, students and staff of IIMB.
The book includes perspectives on corporate experiences, HR processes and HR implementation, coupled with case studies, solutions, lessons learnt and best practices, based on the author’s own industry experience.
About the author: Dr. Pon Mohaideen Pitchai has around 40 years of experience in HR management and consulting across Industries. That includes the domains of construction, MEP, power, retail, mall management, banking and finance, oil and gas, part operation and management, trading and shipping, commercial services, telecommunications, real estate, and education services. He is recognized as an HR expert in Dubai, and has worked as an HR advisor with local and international organizations. A mentor to many with substantial industry network, his core competencies lie in OD, total reward systems, talent management, HR and management consulting.
