19 June, 2026, Bengaluru: Prof. Gopal Das, faculty of the Marketing area at IIMB, has been appointed to the Editorial Board of the Journal of Public Policy & Marketing (JPP&M), published by the American Marketing Association.
Journal of Public Policy & Marketing (JPP&M) is the premier academic and professional journal that chronicles the joint impact of marketing and governmental policies and actions on economic performance, consumer welfare and business decisions.
Prof. Das's research interests include consumer emotion, motivation, scarcity, information processing, gift-giving, consumer receptivity to artificial intelligence, and retailing. He also serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of Business Research, European Journal of Marketing, and Psychology & Marketing.
