Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability (CCGS) to host ‘The Role of Chairman and the CEO in Managing the Board Process’

The session will be held on 10 September 2024 from 6 pm to 7 pm.  

5 September, 2024, Bengaluru: Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability (CCGS), a Centre of Excellence at IIMB will host a virtual session on ‘The Role of Chairman and the CEO in Managing the Board Process’ from 6 pm to 7 pm on 10 September 2024.

The panel discussion will be addressed by Mr. N S Vishwanathan, Chairman, Axis Bank; Mr. Bhaskar Bhat, Director, Tata Sons; and Mr. S S Mundra, Former Deputy Governor, Reserve Bank of India.  

 The session will be chaired by IIMB faculty Prof. Padmini Srinivasan, Chairperson, Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability & Professor of Finance & Accounting and Prof. S Raghunath, Chairman, South Asia Board of the Academy of International Business, will be the Moderator.
