Framework for Implementation Performance Based Logistics for HAWK MK 132 Aircraft

The primary objectives of the project are: 1. Developing a framework for implementation of PBL within HAL for management of PBL contracts in the future that will enable HAL to guarantee certain operational availability at the fleet level 2. Identification of key performance measures those are likely to have an impact on the operational availability of the aircraft 3. Developing mathematical models for estimation of various performance measures identified in item 2 4. Integration of various maintenance schedule (scheduled maintenance, anti-deterioration maintenance, out of cycle maintenance and unscheduled maintenance) for all the 321 LRUs of HAWK aircraft to evaluate the operational availability 5. Assist HAL team with development of software tool for implementation of PBL 6. Validation of the framework using HAWK data
