Deepening Cooperation in Services among BRICS Members

This project examines the prospects for cooperation and increased economic integration in services among the BRICS. It analyses trends in services output, trade, investment, liberalization and regulatory reforms in selected service sectors in each of the BRICS countries. It discusses the possibilities for strengthening their trade and investment ties in services. This study served as  background paper for the BRICS summit held in New Delhi in March 2012.
