This project examines the status of regulations in the accountancy and legal services sectors and the issues and concerns surrounding their liberalization. Based on secondary and primary evidences, it tries to assess the validity of these concerns and propose a roadmap for liberalizing these sectors and introducing regulatory reforms to support such liberalization.
