Deepening Cooperation in Services among the BRICS

This study is aimed at understanding the prospects for cooperation and commercial relations in the service sector among the BRICS economies. This study was used for discussion among the Trade Ministers at the March 2012 BRICS Summit held in New Delhi. The study finds that there is scope to deepen cooperation among these countries mainly through investments, but there are several regulatory barriers preventing integration at present.
