Bayesian Approach to Monetary Transmission Policy of India
Monetary policy affects the economy. It is essential to evaluate what the stance of monetary policy is at a particular point in time. Even, if RBI's policy instrument is low, monetary policy may well be restrictive because of the effects of monetary policy on other asset prices and quantities. The primary objective of this proposal is to analyze and examine the monetary transmission policy mechanism in India.
