Kishan Kumar receives the first ever PGP 2001 scholarship of INR 50,000 for deserving students of IIMB staffers from alumni S Anand and Somnath Manna. Kishan, whose father Shivaramu M works with the Hostel administration, is pursuing his engineering at Oxford College of Engineering in Bangalore.
