IIMB’s R&P office hosts seminar on Optimal Taxation & GST by Prof. Partha Chatterjee on March 14
12 March, 2018, Bengaluru: The Office of Research and Publications (R&P) at IIM Bangalore will host a research seminar on ‘Optimal Taxation in a Federation and GST in India’, on March 14 (Wednesday), 2018, from 02:30 pm, at Classroom P12. The talk will be delivered by Professor Partha Chatterjee, Shiv Nadar University.
Speaker Profile: Prof. Partha Chatterjee is currently Head and Associate Professor of Economics, School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Shiv Nadar University. Prior to this, he was Assistant Professor at NUS Business School (2005-2011) and Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi (2011-2013).
Dr Chatterjee’s research interests are broadly in macroeconomics, international economics, and issues related to emerging economies. He has taught a variety of undergraduate, graduate and MBA courses including Macroeconomics, International Business, Managerial Economics, and Asia Pacific Business and Society.
