Participants will gain exposure to Bloomberg's capabilities across asset classes and learn how to access, interpret and analyse financial information in real-world contexts.
Key areas covered during the workshop include:
- Bloomberg Terminal orientation and navigation
- Global financial markets, data sets and news intelligence
- Equity, fixed income and currency market analysis
- Macroeconomic indicators and economic growth tracking
- Firm-level financial analysis and financial analytics applications
- Portfolio construction, benchmarking and performance evaluation
- Risk assessment and opportunity analysis using Bloomberg tools
Participants will also explore Bloomberg's learning modules and analytical functions by gaining practical experience with tools widely used by finance professionals and researchers worldwide.
As part of the programme, participants will receive two days of instructor-led training and continued access to the Bloomberg software and laboratory facilities for up to five days following the workshop to enable practice and exploration of the platform's features.
