30 June, 2025, Bengaluru: Payal Agrawaal, an alumna of the Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP 2008) at the IIM Bangalore, has been appointed as Managing Director for India and South Asia at PerkinElmer, a global leader in life sciences and laboratory solutions.
In her new role, Payal is set to oversee PerkinElmer’s regional strategy, strengthen scientific innovation, expand access to critical laboratory solutions, and foster partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.
Her career journey includes engineering roles at Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) and Motorola Mobility, followed by a consulting stint at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She went on to hold leadership positions at IndusInd Bank, Johnson & Johnson, and Abbott, where she most recently headed the Structural Heart division across India, South Asia, and Korea. With a proven track record in driving market expansion and leading cross-functional teams, Payal brings deep insight and wide-ranging expertise to her new role.
