Deliberating the 'Future in Focus', the annual two-day event will be held on 14 & 15 November 2025

6 November, 2025, Bengaluru: Drishti 2025, the two-day flagship event organized by the Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM) cohort of IIM Bangalore, will be held on 14 and 15 November 2025, at the IIMB campus. The annual business and cultural summit will bring together students, executives, key stakeholders, leaders and visionaries from a variety of industries for deliberations on emerging areas of business growth, execution and endurance. Designed as a dynamic platform for dialogue, learning and collaboration, this year’s theme is ‘Future in Focus: Prosperous, Inclusive and Sustainable’.

Drishti 2025 will offer a fusion of business, technology, art, culture and academia, with glimpses into the future of an inclusive society. To register for case competitions, workshops, speaker sessions, panel discussions and the Pro-Night, click here.

The theme of this year’s summit encourages B-school students to envision the future of business leadership through the lens of inclusivity to explore how responsible innovation can drive long-term value creation. With the mission to enhance the relevance and impact of their MBA experience, the summit will open with a keynote address on ‘Future in Focus: Setting the Stage’.

The event will feature a diverse lineup of case competitions such as ‘Equinox – The Strategy Case’ and ‘Euphony – The Marketing Case Competition’, along with campus walks, speaker sessions, and panel discussions. Key highlights include skill development workshops such as Master Storytelling with Data, Building Impactful Social Networks, and Take a Seat - Class at IIMB – Strategy in Action and Take a Seat - Class at IIMB – A Behavioural Investing Experience.

A panel discussion on ‘AI at the Core – Shaping the Future of Business & Society’ will feature Sunil Mishra, Senior Director, Publicis Sapient; Nikhil Kangokar, Head of Engineering, BT Group; Hari Varier, Senior VP – Smart & Connected Products, Havells, with Naveen Kumar Bhansali, Co-Founder, BlitzAI & Adjunct Faculty, IIM Bangalore.

Other sessions include ‘Crafting Vision through Narrative – Leadership for the Next Decade’ by Sandeep Das, Storytelling & Negotiation Coach, Author & Columnist; and ‘Building India’s Digital Future – From Interoperable Commerce to the Digital Energy Grid’ featuring Sujith Nair, CEO, FIDE; Co-Creator, Beckn Protocol.

Prakash Belawadi, Theatre Artist, Filmmaker, Educator & Civic Activist, will deliver a session on ‘Building the Future We Deserve – Culture, Citizenship & Systems Thinking’.

Towards the close of Day 1, A.K. Bhattacharya, Editorial Director, Business Standard, will speak on ‘The New World Disorder and India’s Economic Priorities’, followed by a panel discussion featuring Prof. Sai Yayavaram, Strategy area, IIMB; Prof. Balaji Parthasarathy, IIIT Bangalore; Harendra Saksena, Chief Procurement Officer, Ather Energy, and Pramod Kumar, General Manager – R&D, HPCL. s

Day 2 will witness a speaker session on ‘Beyond the Balance Sheet – Purpose-Driven Leadership for the Future’ by Arun Balakrishnan, Former Chairman, HPCL; Board Member, followed by ‘Beyond Self – Changemakers in Focus’ by Venkatesh Murthy, Founder & Chief Mentor, Youth for Seva.
