24 JANUARY, 2022: Amit Pareek and Surabhi Muralidhara from the Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM), the two-year weekend MBA at IIM Bangalore, have been declared Runners-up at ‘Cipher’, a Business Analytics event, conducted by the Symbiosis Centre for Management and HR Development  (SCMHRD), as part of their culture fest NEEV’21.

The IIMB team, which  called themselves ‘Pehel’, were the runners-up. Eight teams out of 330 made it to the final round.

The teams had to come up with a plan of action and develop a case for a Business Analytics product  by Maction Consulting. This was done through three rounds – an online quiz, a proposal for the live case and presentation of a plan to the jury consisting of senior partners at Maction Consulting.
