17 November, 2022, Bengaluru: A team named ‘Team Biz Mastermind’, comprising Vipin Varghese, Javed Ahmad and Abhinav Atwal, all students of IIM Bangalore’s two-year MBA for working professionals, the Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM), emerged as the second runners-up in the ‘BizWiz Business Case Study Competition’ conducted by students of PGPEM, as part of Drishti 2022.
A total of 120 teams participated in the contest, with 12 teams qualifying for the second round and six teams battling it out in the finals.
The competition was a live business case challenge by PAMS Engineering, judged by IIMB faculty members as well as Mohan Rao C K, Managing Director and owner of PAMS Engineering. Padma Shri awardee Smt. Tulsi Gowda presented the cash prize and the award during Drishti 2022 at the IIMB campus.
Drishti is the annual leadership and business summit hosted by the PGPEM students. This year, the summit was held on 5th and 6th November.
