27 September, 2022, Bengaluru: Ritu Rawat, student of IIM Bangalore's two-year MBA for Working Professionals, the Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM), has been adjudged one of the recipients of the CXXO Spirit Award at ‘No Ceiling Limit 2022’, an initiative of the CXXO Foundation, YourStory and Kalaari Capital, held at Hilton Garden Inn, Bangalore on 22nd September 2022.
CXXO is a programme to support female Founder-CEOs who are dynamic leaders and aspire to create significant economic impact in India. The CXXO summit aims to recognize, promote and nurture women students from colleges and universities who aspire to be innovators and entrepreneurs. The ‘No Ceiling Summit’ is a CXXO initiative that brings together influential women, changemakers and emerging talent from diverse fields to build a robust community of empowered women.
The event, which included keynotes, panel discussions, fireside chats and masterclasses, saw more than a hundred applications, out of which 10 were shortlisted with ultimately three emerging as the final winners. The winners were chosen after a rigorous selection process based on problem/PMF, tech feasibility, business and revenue model, etc.
Ritu’s business idea was among the top three submissions, and she won a cash award of INR 50,000 for her innovative idea and entrepreneurial potential. She will also get the opportunity to learn and gain guidance from the CXXO community.
