December 11, Bengaluru: The Office of Research and Publications (R&P) at IIM Bangalore will host a research seminar titled ‘In-Store Clienteling and CRM Technology on Customer Behavior: Evidence from Field Research’, on December 18, 2019. The talk will be delivered by Prof. Ram Janakiraman, University of South Carolina.
Ram has a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Marketing) from Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, (USC) Los Angeles, CA. His research interests are primarily in the domain of econometric modeling of firm and consumer decision making and encompass digital marketing, social media marketing, pharmaceutical marketing & health care, and marketing & public policy. His research is forthcoming or appeared in journals such as Marketing Science, Management Science, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Information System Research, and Annals of Family Medicine. Ram’s research has received several national and international research grants. Ram’s work has been covered in popular business outlets such as The Wall Street Journal and Biz Inc.
