Two-day summit to accelerate India’s progress toward Viksit Bharat 2047 and Net Zero 2070

18 March, 2026, Bengaluru: The Supply Chain Management Centre (SCMC) at IIM Bangalore will host the Climate Innovation Summit 2026 on 28 and 29 May 2026. The two-day summit aims to accelerate India’s transition towards a low-carbon economy, aligned with the national vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 and the Net Zero 2070 commitment.

The summit will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, and academic experts to translate climate ambition into actionable strategies. It seeks to catalyse clean technology adoption, industrial decarbonisation, and green finance through cross-sector collaboration, while strengthening India’s pathway to a resilient and sustainable future.

The summit agenda will focus on high-impact sectors critical to India’s low-carbon transition. Discussions will cover Power Sector Transformation, Decarbonising Buildings & Infrastructure, Metals & Mining Transition, Innovation in Clean Energy Technologies, Digital Enablement for Decarbonisation, Nature-Based Solutions, Climate Finance & Carbon Markets, Climate Innovation, Startups & Green Jobs.

A key feature of the summit will be its curated Policy Dialogues and Business Matchmaking Roundtables. These closed-door sessions will bring together CXOs, policymakers, regulators, researchers, and investors to facilitate strategic partnerships and develop actionable roadmaps for India’s Net Zero transition.

The event will feature over 30 global speakers and industry pioneers, who will share practical insights and forward-looking perspectives on climate strategy, innovation, and implementation. As part of its sustainability commitment, the summit will host a ‘One Participant, One Tree’ initiative, under which one tree will be planted for every registered delegate, creating a lasting environmental impact beyond the event.

Early-bird registrations (exclusive of GST) are open until 15 April 2026. Registration fees are ₹25,000 for one delegate and ₹40,000 for two delegates, with special group rates available for three or more participants.
