08 January, 2021: Futurist Bob Johansen, a distinguished fellow with the Institute of the Future in Silicon Valley, will lead a seminar on ‘Full Spectrum Thinking’, between 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm, on January 12 (Tuesday), where he explains how full-spectrum thinking provides leaders with the ability to seek clarity across gradients of possibility while resisting the temptations of certainty.
The seminar will be moderated by Prof. Vasanthi Srinivasan, Chairperson, IIMBx and faculty from the OB&HRM area at IIM Bangalore. Her work over the last decade in the field of leadership development has focussed on building future ready competencies.
The 60-minute seminar will be followed by a 30-minute virtual fireside chat. The event is organised by iSPIRT in association with IIMB’s innovation and entrepreneurship centre, NSRCEL. This seminar series aims to bring the best of management wisdom to Indian companies and start-ups.

About the speaker: For more than 30 years, Bob Johansen has helped organisations around the world prepare for and shape the future, including corporations such as Nestle and GlaxoSmithKline, as well as a range of major universities and non-profit organisations.
He is the author or co-author of twelve books that are used widely in corporations, universities and non-profit organisations.
He holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois, which he attended on a basketball scholarship, and a PhD from Northwestern University—as well as a master’s degree that focused on world religions.
