I am a PhD student in the Public Policy area. My research focuses on women’s empowerment and economic growth, a key sustainable development goal. The objective of my research is to establish channels that may be used to progress towards this goal”

In my thesis, I focus on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on households’ economic well-being and their recovery mechanisms, including the use of insurance, credit and other financial instruments
