8 September, 2025, Bengaluru: Anuradha Aggarwal, alumna of the PGP batch of 1997 at IIMB, has been appointed as Director of Marketing and Growth at Amazon India. In her new role, she will be responsible for steering brand strategy, enhancing customer engagement, and advancing growth initiatives across the country.
With over two decades of leadership experience across global consumer brands, Anuradha has been recognized as one of India’s most accomplished marketing professionals. Prior to this, she served as Director, User Growth and Chief Marketing Officer at Amazon Pay, where she successfully drove user expansion and brand marketing through digital innovation.
Over the years, Anuradha has actively engaged with her alma mater, mentoring students and distilling insights from her leadership journey in the marketing function. She has been a speaker and thought leader at IIMB’s Women Leadership Summit and inspired future leaders with reflections from her professional journey and her advocacy for women to be at the helm of management leadership.
Her career spans pivotal roles at Disney Star Network, Marico, Mondelēz International, Vodafone and Unilever, where she played an instrumental role in building and activating product and service brands across India and South Asia.
