7 November, 2025, Bengaluru: The TCI–IIMB Supply Chain Sustainability Lab at IIM Bangalore hosted an Executive Workshop titled ‘Closing the Loop – Circular Economy, EPR, and Carbon Accounting for a Sustainable Future’, on 7 November, at the IIMB campus.
The workshop brought together industry professionals and academics to explore how organizations can embed sustainability into business strategy through circular economy practices, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance, and carbon accounting.
Sessions were led by Dr. Aditya Gupta, COO, TCI–IIMB Supply Chain Sustainability Lab, and Amit Saha, CEO, Pro India Recycling Pvt. Ltd. Both speakers shared case-based insights on resource optimization, waste reduction, and integrating sustainability into operational decision-making.
Participants from Christ University, Yazaki, Virtusa, Manipal University, Bosch, TVS Motor Company, Dalmia Cement, Ashirvad Pipes, Nexter, and CEE engaged in interactive discussions, contributing to a rich exchange of perspectives on advancing sustainable business practices.
