IIMB to welcome PGPEM 2026-28 cohort with onboarding programme on 4 April

Programme alumni Suresh Baroth, PGSEM ’11, and Kaveri Ingale, PGSEM ’09, to deliver special addresses

21 March, 2026, Bengaluru: The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) will host the welcome and onboarding programme for its two-year MBA for working professionals, the Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM) 2026-28 cohort on 4th April 2026, in Classroom N-204.

The day-long event will commence with a welcome address by Prof. Ashis Mishra, Chairperson, PGPEM, followed by an admissions briefing by Prof. Kunal Dasgupta, Chairperson, Admissions & Financial Aid. Prof. Dinesh Kumar, Director-in-charge, IIM Bangalore, will present an overview of the Institute.

The inauguration event will feature special addresses by PGSEM 2011 alumnus Mr. Suresh Baroth, CEO, DELOPT; and PGSEM 2009 alumna Ms. Kaveri Ingale, Managing Director of Operations, Believe, who will share their professional journeys and insights with the incoming cohort.

As part of the academic orientation, Prof. Sourav Mukherji, Dean, Faculty, will lead a session on the case method for learning in business, followed by Prof. Rejie George Pallathitta, Strategy area, session on ‘Ethics at IIMB: An Overview’.

PGPEM second-year Student Affairs Council (SAC) will also lead a segment on navigating the programme and balancing professional and academic commitments.

Subsequent sessions will familiarise participants with key institutional resources and processes, as well as programme-related administrative processes.
