Event to feature keynote speeches, panel discussions and fireside chats on Emerging Trends in Fintech, Strategy Re-evaluation & Business Disruption during pandemic

23 SEPTEMBER, 2021, Bengaluru: Students of the Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM) at IIM Bangalore will host ‘Drishti 2021’ – a Visionary Leadership and Business Summit, on September 25 & 26. This annual flagship event of PGPEM at IIMB will be inaugurated this Saturday, 25th September, 5:00 PM. It is a two-day event, featuring speaker sessions, panel discussions and fireside chats, in digital mode.

To keep up with the fast-changing economic, business and organizational landscapes and also the shifts and opportunities brought about by this change, this year's theme is ‘Resurgent Growth - Building Back Better’. 

Professor Rishikesha T Krishnan, Director, IIM Bangalore, will deliver the inaugural address. Vishal Bali, Executive Chairman, Asia Healthcare Holdings & Senior Advisor, TPG Growth, will be the Chief Guest. Eminent speakers include Chitra Hota, Viren Rasquinha, Shailender Kumar and Surekha Shenoy Kunder.

The panel discussions feature CXOs and Founders from various sectors and industries. There will be four panel discussions. The one on ‘Digital Transformation’ will be moderated by Professor Srinivasan R, faculty in the Strategy area; the one in ‘Emerging trends that will shape the future of fintech’ will be moderated by Srijith Mohanan, Doctoral Student & Ex-VP, Deutsche Bank; the one on ‘Navigating  workspaces during pandemic’ will be moderated by Professor Debolina Dutta, Professor of Practice OB & HRM, and the one on ‘Re-evaluating strategies and business disruption during changing times’ will be moderated by Professor  Rejie George Pallathitta, faculty in the Strategy area.
