Platform Business Models recognized among top global titles in business, economics, politics and law (2021–2025)
10 March, 2026, Bengaluru: Prof. R. Srinivasan, Chairperson, Centre for Digital Public Goods (CDPG) and faculty in the Strategy area at IIM Bangalore, received recognition at the Springer Nature Books Summit 2026 for his book Platform Business Models: Frameworks, Concepts and Design (Springer Nature, 2021). The book was awarded the Most Downloaded Book (2021–2025) in the Business, Economics, Politics and Law category among titles acquired from India and published between 2021 and 2025 as non–open access works.
At the summit, the book was also cited as a success-story case study illustrating its sustained international readership and relevance to scholars, practitioners and policymakers studying platform-driven markets.
The award was presented at a ceremony in New Delhi on 23 February 2026.
