PGPEM students receive merit award at AIMA ICRC Case Writing Competition 2026
The case, developed under the guidance of IIMB faculty from the OBHRM area, was shortlisted among the top six entries
22 May, 2026, Bengaluru: Agilan Raghunathan and Chithra Narayanan, students of the Two-year MBA for Working Professionals, PGPEM, from the 2025-2027 cohort, along with Prof. Narendra Agrawal and Prof. Apurva Sanaria from the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area at IIM Bangalore, participated in and presented their case at the 6th AIMA ICRC Case Writing Competition and Conference 2026.
Organised by the All India Management Association (AIMA) in collaboration with the India Case Research Centre (ICRC), the event serves as a platform for faculty, practitioners and students to transform real-world business challenges into India-centric teaching cases that reflect evolving industry trends, technological disruption and contemporary management practices.
Their case, ‘Executive Summary of the Case – Maschpro Limited’, was developed as part of the Managing People and Performance in Organizations (MPPO) course in PGPEM Term 2 under the guidance of Prof. Narendra M. Agrawal and Prof. Apurva Sanaria. The case was shortlisted among the top six entries, advanced to the final round and received the Merit Award in recognition of the team’s academic rigour and collaborative effort.
The case is also expected to be published by the ICRC.
