Research Exchange Visit
The Research Exchange Visit (REV) initiative enables IIM Bangalore doctoral students to undertake research visits at leading international universities and research institutions. These visits are intended to strengthen research collaboration, provide students with access to specialized expertise and resources, and support the development of joint research outputs with faculty at the host institution.
REV opportunities are available to eligible doctoral students who have formed their Dissertation Advisory Committee and identified a clearly defined research project that contributes to their dissertation. Depending on the nature of the opportunity, students may participate through institutional research exchange arrangements, visiting doctoral fellowships, international research grants, or other competitive fellowships.
The experiences presented below highlight the research engagements undertaken by IIMB doctoral students at institutions across the world and the academic value derived from these visits.
